Education/ Experience and Skill Requirement
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or similar career. Licenciate degree or MBA will be considered as a plus.
- English, oral and written knowledge at fluid level is a must.
- Desirable knowledge in Concur and Workday expense modules.
- Advanced level knowledge of Excel.
- Familiar with financial statement analysis, finance modeling and valuation.
- Comfortable in handling databases.
- Fluent communication and able to work in a global team environment.
- Must be able to follow up through email/phone and other means to track and obtain necessary information from junior and senior members of the client.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and adept to client needs.
- Great customer service orientation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated and quick learner.
- Demonstrated history of following the stock markets.

Responsibilities
- Review of backup documentation for invoices
- Vendor and costumer setup
- Process of invoices
- Reconciliation of invoices with expense reports and card statements
- Reporting and KPI tracking
