Education/ Experience and Skill Requirement
- Bachelor in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration; Licentiate is a plus.
- English, oral and written knowledge at fluid level is a must.
- 2 to 4 years of finance related experience.
- Knowledgeable in financial concepts and financial statements.
- Extensive knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting concepts
- Highly proficiency in Excel, Word, and other Microsoft office programs
- Ability to learn and effectively use NetSuite and Blackline.
- Familiarity with investment partnership reporting a plus Must maintain strict confidentiality of client, investment, and company information
- Acute attention to accuracy and detail
- Effective communication skills and strong problem solving skills
- Must be able to meet department goals
- Ability to work independently, prioritize activities while working on multiple projects and achieve target deadlines
Responsibilities
- Help manage the company’s long-term corporate investments:
- Process, record, and review capital call and distribution notices
- Process carry distributions and record related entries
- Reconcile capital account balances
- Assist with US fixed assets and lease schedules
- Assist with reconciling intercompany account balances Assist with treasury activities, including but not limited to:
- Prepare wires and ACH batches
- Monitor and reconcile cash balances
- Assist with cash forecasting process
- Prepare and enter month-end journal entries
- Assist with continuous process improvements
- Review and process expense reports against company policy
- Perform other duties as requested or as responsibilities dictate
