Responsibilities
-
Oversee the HR operational activities like Onboarding, confirmation, Payroll, performance management, reward & recognition, employee engagement, labor relations etc

Support and counsel business managers to effectively manage teams to ensure higher employee productivity

Formulate, implement & regularly review/amend HR policies, practices & procedures to ensure effective management of human capital in line with corporate policy, market practices & labor laws

Plan and implement an effective HR Plan that is aligned to Business Plan and overall organization people agenda.

Executing “Employee Engagement” initiatives to keep people together and make the workplace exciting, rewarding and engaging

Always ensure Statutory Compliant status

Facilitate the performance management process to ensure all employees are assessed on time & with maximum objectivity.

Be astute to handle dynamics at the workplace and help employees to overcome crisis situation

Develop & implement a staff retention strategy incorporating issues arising from exit interviews, competitors’ analysis reports, best market retention practices, etc.
