Education/ Experience and Skill Requirement
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field

    • Willing to work in US/UK shift timings

    • Certification in Salesforce Administration

    • Over four years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator

    • Proficiency in Salesforce data management and Salesforce configuration including, custom objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, permission sets and validation rules

    • Experience in data migration, data mapping, validation and testing

    • Ability to work with SQL and write basic queries to support data management tasks

    • Knowledge of Salesforce development using languages/frameworks such as Apex, Aura and LWC

    • Understanding of platforms and tools, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Pardot, Tableau, PowerBI, DealCloud and/or Oracle Eloqua, will be an added advantage

    • Excellent written and verbal communication with strong interpersonal skills and sense of client service

    • Solution oriented with a high sense of quality, attention to detail, accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to tight deadlines

    • Knowledge/interest in capital markets, funds, and asset management will be an added advantage


Responsibilities
    • Administer and maintain multiple Salesforce instances, ensuring data accuracy and integrity and overseeing system security, data access and backups

    • Work with end-users to understand business requirements and configure Salesforce to meet those needs

    • Develop and maintain custom fields, page layouts, custom objects and workflows to support business processes

    • Participate in projects to integrate Salesforce with other systems and tools

    • Manage and support the data migration process, including data mapping, de-duplication, validation and testing

    • Assist Salesforce development teams in creating and modelling data structures and loading associated test data

    • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards and metrics to support data-driven decision making

    • Carry out general administration tasks and workflow monitoring on Salesforce
