Education/ Experience and Skill Requirement
    • Willingness to work in the US shift
    • A Bachelor of Computer Science, Software Engineering or related fields
    • A Salesforce developer certification or equivalent
    • Minimum of four years of experience in Salesforce development
    • Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce and Lightning Component Framework
    • Experience in Salesforce configuration and customisations, including creation of custom objects, fields and formulas
    • Knowledge of Salesforce APIs, REST and SOAP integrations
    • Experience with Git, Bitbucket or other source code management tools
    • Proficiency in Salesforce release management and deployment tools such as Change Sets, Ant Migration Tool or Salesforce DX
    • Knowledge of/interest in platforms and tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Pardot, Tableau, Power BI, DealCloud and/or Oracle Eloqua will be an added advantage
    • Knowledge of/interest in capital markets, funds and asset management is another advantage
Responsibilities
    • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business requirements and design and implement Salesforce solutions
    • Develop custom features using Apex, Aura, Lightning Web Components, Flows and Visualforce
    • Configure and customise the Salesforce out-of-the-box functionality
    • Perform integrations with external systems using APIs and web services
    • Write efficient SOQL/SOSL queries and Apex logic, taking Salesforce governor limits into account
    • Design and implement data models, including custom objects and fields, to support business requirements
    • Perform data migrations and data quality analysis
    • Develop and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards
    • Stay current with Salesforce releases, features and best practices
    • Provide technical guidance and support to team members
