Education/ Experience and Skill Requirement
- Bachelor in Finance, Economics, Business Administration; Master’s is a plus
- English, oral and written knowledge at fluid level is a must.
- 1-8 years of post-qualification work experience.
- Relevant experience in pricing, valuations, fund accounting.
- Knowledge of end-to-end fund accounting process
- Knowledge of derivative instruments will be required
- Must maintain strict confidentiality of client, investment, and company information
- Acute attention to accuracy and detail
- Effective communication skills and strong problem solving skills
- Must be able to meet department goals
- Ability to work independently, prioritize activities while
- Working on multiple projects and achieve target deadlines
Responsibilities
- Daily and monthly price checking from multiple vendors.
- Price analysis by downloading multiple reports such as stale price check, unpriced report, zero volume report, price variance report, FX variance report etc.
- Comparison of price estimates to actual price reports with comments.
- Coordinate with respective investment operations teams for price estimates of non-public stocks/OTC products.
- Coordinate with investment teams, brokers and pricing committee.
- Enhance and implement new controls to strengthen the reporting process and procedures.
- Assist in the presentation of pricing results to various internal committees, external auditors and limited partners.
- Work closely with the Portfolio Valuation & Analytics team and assist in onboarding certain valuation models.
